FOLSOM CORDOVA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT PURCHASES LAND AT EASTON
In 2009 Easton Development sold 5.3 acres of land within the planned Office Project adjacent to Glenborough at Easton to the Folsom Cordova Unified School District (“District”). The District plans to construct a four-story Education Services Center that will combine six different sites into one conveniently located facility in the geographic center of its school district.

By Mark Anderson, Staff Writer, Sacramento Business Journal Rancho Cordova rocket motor maker GenCorp Inc. on Friday said it has formed Easton Development Co. LLC to concentrate on the development of GenCorp’s excess land in Eastern Sacramento County. The company for six years has been working to prepare large tracts of undeveloped land for sale and development.
